Clinical features include ATAXIA,cranial neuropathies (see CRANIAL NERVE DISEASES),NAUSEA,hemiparesis (see HEMIPLEGIA),and quadriparesis. Primary brain stem neoplasms are more frequent in children. Histologic subtypes include GLIOMA; HEMANGIOBLASTOMA; GANGLIOGLIOMA; and EPENDYMOMA.
